Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers can be used towards any treatment or service offered at the time of booking and are redeemable up to the value shown on the voucher.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem your voucher, use your unique voucher code when booking online, or contact me by email or text.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to the normal cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Lost, expired, or unused vouchers cannot be guaranteed to be replaced or extended.
