Appointment duration is 30,60 or 90 minutes in length. If you are unsure, please ask when booking for.
Suitable clothing and underwear are required to allow me to access and assess the site of injury.
Ideally a pair of shorts in the case of lower limb problem. For a lower back assessment, I often require seeing the majority of your back and so I would ask you to uncover both your lower and upper back. With an upper limb or neck problem, you will be required to uncover your top half whilst remaining decent. Ladies should wear underwear that they would be happy to be seen in or to bring a vest top bra to allow your therapist to assess the trunk, shoulder and neck area.
Underwear/shorts must remain for all the times. During the massage the client will remain in a fully draped position, however for me to be able to accurately assess and gather all relevant information it is generally beneficial to uncover the body part in question.
I assure you that all levels of decency will be observed at all times. It is important to communicate your feelings if at any time you feel uncomfortable during the process.

I accept cash and card payments as well. Due to COVID-19, the preferred payment method is card payment.
You can book your appointment by giving me a call, between 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. If unfortunately, you do not get through, please leave your name, contact number, with a brief message and I will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Yes, you can. However, if you unable to keep your appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

You must notify me if you are late. If you fail to do so, and I am unable to contact you, your appointment is automaticly cancelled.
Please note, you may not be seen if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment.
