Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to remove some clothing. Your comfort, privacy, and dignity will always be respected, and towels or blankets will be used throughout the session.

This depends on the treatment and the area being worked on.

Underwear must remain on at all times. Only the area being treated will be uncovered, and the rest of the body will remain covered with towels or blankets.

Yes, there is parking available on street.

After 5 pm and weekends, parking is free behind the clinic car park. 

All appointments must be booked online through the booking system.

I no longer take bookings over the phone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged in line with the cancellation policy.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late.

Your appointment will still finish at the scheduled time, and if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session may need to be cancelled or shortened.

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first appointment. This helps me understand your health history, any injuries or medical conditions, and what you’d like to get from the treatment.

The form is sent automatically when you book online and should be completed before your appointment whenever possible.
